FOKABS experts led Africa on REDD+ negotiations at the UNFCCC 48th subsidiary body meeting (SB 48) and backstopped the 10 COMIFAC member states (Burundi, Cameroon, Congo, Central African Republic, Rwanda, Chad, Gabon, Sao Tome & Principe, Equatorial Guinea) on negotiations related to adaptation, climate finance, implementation of the Paris Climate Agreement (APA) and article 6.
