From 2015 to 2025, FOKABS has grown from a Canadian climate innovation firm into a trusted international partner, supporting governments, multilateral institutions, and communities across more than 70 countries.

- Caribbean Energy Transition — Supported the development of a USD 68 million regional energy transformation program for the Caribbean Development Bank across Barbados, Belize, Guyana, and Jamaica.
- Green Climate Fund Engagement — Conducted rigorous technical reviews of 34 climate projects submitted to the GCF, strengthening investment quality and alignment with international standards.

FOKABS has become a trusted provider of independent assessment, supporting accountability and results across climate portfolios totaling more than USD 1.2 billion.
- UNDP Africa Minigrids — Evaluated decentralized energy initiatives across 16 African countries, informing scalable clean energy delivery.
- Marine Ecosystem Resilience (FAO/GEF) — Conducted terminal evaluations of fisheries and biodiversity initiatives supporting ocean sustainability.
- REDD+ Results Integrity — Delivered mid-term evaluations for the “Reporting for Results-based REDD+” program spanning 21 countries.
- Strengthening Climate-Resilient Infrastructure in Cameroon
In partnership with the World Bank, FOKABS supported the development of Cameroon’s National Transport Infrastructure Climate Adaptation Strategy.
