Country: Cameroon, CAR, Congo, DRC, Gabon

The objective of the EU/DFID-funded CV4C is to build strong and effective non-state actors (civil society, Indigenous Peoples and community organisations) that monitor forest governance and forest land use change, inform relevant processes particularly FLEGT and REDD+, and contribute to effective responses from law enforcement and policy making agencies in five Congo Basin countries.

The aim of the final evaluation is to assess to what extent project outputs and outcomes have been

achieved and to draw out learning from the experiences of this 4 year project. Through the evaluation, CIDT and project partners aim to assess the performance and the impact of the project; show-case achievements and good practice; and to document lessons learned and to provide practical recommendations for sustainability of the action.
