Brussels, Belgium June 26, 2019. During the recent round table of Donors and Technical Partners, FOKABS signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ECCAS (Economic Commission for Central African States) and EMRC (European Markets and Research Center). The MoU focuses on project preparation and implementation in the field of agriculture and climate change. The collaboration will develop and implement programs in the area of agricultural productivity, regional trade in Central Africa, food security, livestock and pastoral economy, fishery and aquaculture and the development of the value chain of the coffee, cotton and textile sub-sectors, while taking climate change into account.
