The objective of this assignment was to support the FAO in revising the CN “Integrated climate adaptation and resilience in Dominica (ICAR-Dominica)” and the PPF application until GCF clearance, as well as in developing the FP, inclusive of its mandatory and other supporting annexes, so that it can be successfully submitted to and approved by the GCF.

Description of tasks:

• Completion of the CN and PPF application preparation process;
• Review the CN, PPF application and other relevant documents
• Prepare a pre-feasibility study in support of the CN
• Revise the CN and PPF application as required by NDA, FAO and GCF
• Inception of FP preparation phase;
• Prepare a workplan for the FP preparation phase;
• Participate in assignment kick-off meeting;
• Conducting technical studies and stakeholder engagement;
• Prepare a stakeholder engagement plan;
• Perform technical studies and implement the stakeholder engagement plan;
• Formulation, submission and revision of FP Formulation, submission and revision of FP;
• Refine project design and complete the FP template;
• Finalize the FP submission package;
• Revise the FP until GCF Board approval.
