The objective of the project is to conduct a pre-feasibility study for a nature-based solutions carbon project in Western Iberia, including the following specific tasks:

1. An overview and comparison of potential methodologies to be used, and a recommendation of which is best suited.
2. An analysis of the carbon sequestration potential of the area.
3. A general budget for project development, including feasibility study; project design document; verification and validation; issuance; annual verification; and price indexing.
4. A basic broad range estimate of emissions for the area, and issuance potential.
5. A detailed pre-feasibility report and summary presentation.
