Fokabs conducted a Terminal Evaluation (TE) of the Global Environmental Facility (GEF) funded project “System Change Lab: Accelerating Transformational Change Needed to safeguard the global common for all” that was implemented by Conservation International (CI). Fokabs assessed the achievements of the project results against what was expected to be achieved and draw lessons that can both improve the sustainability of the benefits from the project, and aid in the overall enhancement of future programming. The TE report promoted accountability and transparency and assessed the extent of project accomplishments.
The scope of work included:
- Kick off meeting to introduce the team and provide project related documents for the TE.
- Desk review of project documents, work plans, budgets, tracking tools, project results etc.
- Undertaking interviews and site visits and prepare draft report.
- Organizing workshop to present the TE findings, methodology and clarifications.
- Incorporating comments and prepare final TE report for submission.
