Kigali – Rwanda, 13-16 March 2017.  FOKABS, together with the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and the Climate Technology Centre and Network CTCN, have been involved in training the ten members states of COMIFAC (Burundi, Cameroon, Congo, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Rwanda, and Sao Tome and Principe) on climate finance to help boost their capacities to plan, prepare, access, implement, manage, monitor, and evaluate climate change finance especially under the GCF.
